We are looking for an Account Manager to help us keep the momentum going.
An Account Manager at LMNO leads client relationships, focusses on uncovering new opportunities, and doesn't take their eye off creating business results. In this role, you'll build client partnerships and collaborate closely with strategy, media and creative teams to deliver work that moves the needle. If you're a natural leader with a passion for problem-solving, communication, and strategic thinking, this could be the perfect fit for you.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
University degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or related field.
Experience:
5+ years in a marketing agency environment, with a focus on client and project management.
Leadership:
Proven ability to manage teams, collaborate across departments, and drive results.
Strategy & Execution:
Experience in communications planning, creative briefing, and project implementation across traditional and digital media.
Project Management:
Ability to oversee high-volume projects, ensuring efficiency and alignment with brand goals.
Financial Acumen:
Experience managing budgets, quotes, and billing processes.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written skills, with confidence in presenting to clients.
