  • Providing support and assistance with day-to-day management of accounts
  • Staying up-to-date on client activities and providing backup when Account Managers need a helping hand
  • Gathering background information to help inform projects and creative briefs
  • Stays up-to-date on client industries, competitors and trends
  • Leads development of copy decks, contact reports and client presentation content
  • Proofreading copy, artwork, agency and printers’ proofs


  • Post-secondary education in Marketing or a related field
  • Agency experience is an asset
  • Demonstrated record of success in project management
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge of the Google Suite of programs. Advantage software experience is an asset
  • Highly effective verbal & written communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

This full-time position is responsible for first impressions of our brand. Basically, you’ll make us look good. You’ll perform reception duties like answering phones and emails, greeting all visitors, and assisting with other administrative tasks as assigned including arranging couriers, catering, meetings, travel and ordering office supplies.


  • An outgoing, friendly personality and a positive, enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite with strong typing skills

  • Brainstorm content ideas for a variety of products, services and messages.
  • Hands-on crafting of powerful content for multiple online media with words and pictures.
  • Shoot/film and/or direct video content (in-house tools such as DSLRs, lighting, etc.).
  • Stay up to date with cultural and social trends in order to jump on creative opportunities.


  • Minimum 2-3 years experience writing professionally for social media and creating and/or directing video content.
  • A number of pieces that demonstrate your street cred, noting what role you played in developing it (wrote vs directed vs shot, etc.).
  • Skills in Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop would be an asset.
  • In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube, and blogging platforms and what content works best where.

Skills & Experience
• 4+ years in an advertising, marketing or consulting environment (2+ years in digital)
• Strong understanding of and experience with analytics, Google Ads, programmatic media platforms, performance metrics, goal and event tracking, user flow, social media platforms, attribution modeling and website and campaign optimization (experience in marketing automation is an asset)
• Experience working on diverse web projects, including familiarity with UX principles and research practices
• Talent for shaping data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring all timelines and deliverables are met
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, compelling way
