LMNO is Saskatchewan’s largest marketing consultancy and creative agency. We’re looking for somebody remarkable to join our Business Development team. And it sounds like you might be just the person for the job.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrate experience in developing and retaining new business.
  • Lead projects for smooth, efficient operation of new business efforts.
  • Communicate effectively between the agency and prospects.
  • Actively listen and seek to understand clients’ needs and include appropriate agency personnel.
  • Keep in contact with prospects and use CRM software to maintain detailed records of all contact with each prospect.
  • Work with the Business Development Coordinator to schedule all prospecting communication.
  • Keep thorough records on all prospects so others can handle new business development responsibilities in your absence.
  • Build contacts with select industry trade publications and organizations, business and civic groups.
  • Maintain Prospect Profiles for Strategy Director’s review and approval; add to prospect list with approved leads gained from business contacts, networking, etc.
  • In conjunction with the Business Development Coordinator, research and construct reports on selected prospects/industries/products for use in sales efforts with prospects.
  • Represent agency in the community through business/civic organizations.
  • Meet with the agency leadership team, to keep them informed of new business opportunities; transfer prospect contact to Client Service team when agency is ready to “go in”.
  • Add input to marketing plans/proposals when prospect is elevated to account status; share all available research and industry information for this purpose.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of marketing and advertising industry and theory
  • Previous sales/cold calling experience
  • Experience working with CRM software
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong client relationships

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Q: What has the flexibility of an acrobat, the speed of a juggler, and the presence of a ringleader?

A: Our next Account Manager.

 

LMNO is Saskatchewan’s largest marketing consultancy and creative agency. We’re looking for somebody remarkable to join our talented Client Services team. We need a flexible thinker who can juggle tasks, balance budgets, build strong relationships, think quickly, and keep multiple projects moving smoothly. This role requires deadline-defying multitasking and excellent team building, as well as the ability to direct and inspire other people.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients
  • Work with the team to present work and proposals to clients
  • Contribute to the development of communications plans and creative briefs
  • Implementation of communications plans across a variety of advertising and digital marketing projects
  • Monitoring and managing several high-volume projects simultaneously
  • Managing project finances, including quoting, budgeting, billing, and maintaining team efficiency
  • Reviewing materials to verify overall brand alignment within clients’ projects

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in Marketing or similar field
  • At least five years working in an agency environment with direct experience in client management and project management is preferred
  • Demonstrated record of success in project management and strategy development
  • Some knowledge of production techniques, timelines, and costs in traditional and digital media
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office programs. Advantage software experience is an asset
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Super organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

Q: Who is a ninja of organization, solves problems before they happen, and the next person to join our behind-the-scenes dream team?

A: Our next Account Coordinator. 

 

LMNO is Saskatchewan’s largest marketing consultancy and creative agency. We’re looking for somebody with a strong desire to learn and grow with our talented Client Services team. We need a team player who wants to learn the agency business and has aspirations to be our next Account Manager. This role requires a detail-oriented eye, the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines, and building of strong relationships with the agency team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing support and assistance with day-to-day management of accounts
  • Staying up-to-date on client activities and providing backup when Account Managers need a helping hand
  • Gathering background information to help inform projects and creative briefs
  • Stays up-to-date on client industries, competitors and trends
  • Leads development of copy decks
  • Proofreading copy, artwork, agency and printers’ proofs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing or a related field
  • Agency experience is an asset
  • Demonstrated record of success in project management
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office programs. Advantage software experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Highly effective verbal & written communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
